From Hayward to our store

Hayward is in southern Alameda County, at the east end of the San Mateo–Hayward Bridge, so it looks across the Bay at the Peninsula rather than at San Francisco. From Hayward City Hall the store is about 30 miles by road.

By car, CA-92 West leaves Hayward as Jackson Street, a surface street, and becomes a freeway at I-880; it crosses the San Mateo–Hayward Bridge to the Peninsula, where US-101 North, the Bayshore Freeway, runs up to San Francisco. The bridge toll is charged westbound, which is the way you are going; nothing is charged on the way back.

By BART and Muni

Hayward station is on BART’s Berryessa/North San José–Daly City line, which runs through downtown San Francisco. Leave the train at Powell St. and change to Muni Metro’s T Third line at Union Square/Market Street; its last stop, Sunnydale, is on Bayshore Blvd, the street our store is on.

Hayward City Hall was built as part of a development, completed in 1998, that replaced the BART station’s surface parking lots with a parking garage, townhomes, a bus station and the new city hall. The station is at 699 B Street.

Bring your ID
